Dr. Biswanath Das is a renowned medical practitioner and the current Managing Director of Chevron Clinical Laboratory (Pte.) Ltd. He was born in Chittagong, Bangladesh, and completed his SSC from Noapara High School in 1970 and HSC from Sir Ashutosh Government College in 1972. He then went on to pursue his medical degree at Chittagong Medical College, completing his MBBS in 1981.

After completing his MBBS, Dr. Biswanath Das began working as a General Practitioner in 1982. He also took institutional training on Endoscopy, Colonoscopy, Bronchoscopy, and ERCP at BIRDEM, Apollo Hospital Kolkata in 1991. This training enabled him to specialize in these areas of medicine, and he has been practicing as an Endoscopy & Colonoscopy Consultant for the past 18 years at Chevron Clinical Laboratory (Pte.) Ltd..

In addition to his work at Chevron Clinical Laboratory (pte.) Ltd., Dr. Biswanath Das is also a life member of Agrabad Maa-O-Shishu Hospital and Prabartak Sangha. He is also the Chairman of the managing committee of Noapara M.B. Mollik High School and a member of Chittagong Seniors Club.
